Putting on a show has a lot of moving parts. Some could sweep safety under the rug - but we won't. We understand the equipment that we are dealing with. We work diligently to keep our equipment neat and clean; you won't find any frayed cords or questionable power distribution. We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk on stage.
Artists. Agents. Venues. Audiences. It all starts with people. We value the relationships we make. Outstanding service is a building block to a great relationship, but everything starts with respect. We value our ability to be flexible and try to make the pre-show as low-stress as possible.
At G&R Productions, we've got a pretty good understanding of what it takes to put on a show with live entertainment. We understand the number of people involved in making these events happen. Our goals go beyond providing excellent sound and lighting for your venue. Our goals are to make sure your musician and venue are satisfied with the production. We'll do everything in our power to ensure everyone leaves with a smile.
Band decided to go acoustic? No problem. Shifted the time to avoid weather? Done it. Band sounded great and played a few extra songs? Excellent. Guest musician show up at the last minute? Bring it on. We are pretty well accustomed to making adjustments on the go. We realize that things change on the fly. If we can we'll work with everyone involved to come to an agreeable solution.
At G&R Productions, we are planners. We do research on bands. We look up venues. We talk through our setups. We have a plan when we arrive on site. We want to incorporate your needs and your artists' needs into our plan. We will be contacting the agents and/or artists a couple weeks prior to the show. If anything changes after that, please let us know as soon as possible.
